As I see the new Girls in Tech Switzerland team confidently stepping up to the challenge, I'm extra proud for what we've built together and can now call our legacy. It makes me laugh out loud to think back to when we started 4 years ago with 0$, zero members, zero clue how to build a community around a mission. And now we're here: 5000+ members, 40 events, more sponsors than I can count, and right now 10(!) candidates for an open position. Without a shadow of doubt, building a strong team and working alongside those team members were THE high points– and there were many. For all the ways we lifted eachother up, grew together–sometimes pushing through discomfort– and had each other's backs. Now we continue 🚀 Thank you x
